Refund and Return Policy

Since each storybook from Varnika Tales is custom-designed and printed specifically for your child, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail items.
1. Personalized Items
Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or a significant error made on our part during the production phase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged during shipment or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misaligned pages, incorrect printing), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at varnikatales@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
We will review your request and, if approved, we will provide a free replacement of the same book.
3. Order Cancellations
As the AI generation and design process begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the production/printing process has started, we cannot cancel the order or offer a refund.
4. Refund Processing
In rare cases where a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
