Shipping Policy

At Varnika Tales, we strive to deliver your personalized storybooks as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Time

Each book is custom-printed upon your order. Processing time, including printing and binding, typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide free shipping on orders above a certain value (as indicated on the order page).

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days for delivery after processing.
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days for delivery after processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. If you are located in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.

5. Damages

Varnika Tales is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, do reach out to us at varnikatales@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
